Overview
The Program Manager will own a portfolio of analytics and emerging-technology work for our customer, including data science, AI/ML, software development, modeling and simulation, and related mission solutions. This individual will be accountable for portfolio performance and growth, including securing a prime contract vehicle, shaping new opportunities, and expanding the portfolio through pilots and LMI solutions. Responsibilities
- Own growth and performance across a portfolio of technical Intelligence work.
- Manage a team of Program Managers and resolve day-to-day delivery, staffing, financial, and customer issues.
- Build trusted customer relationships and identify new mission needs and opportunities.
- Shape emerging-technology pursuits involving data science, machine learning, and AI.
- Develop pilots using LMI technology and convert successful pilots into larger programs.
- Lead opportunity shaping, solution development, pricing, proposals, and transition to delivery.
- Develop and execute portfolio growth plans aligned with client priorities.
Qualifications
- At least five years of experience supporting the Intel customer.
- Proven experience leading technical programs with annual revenue of $3M or more.
- Proven experience leading the full capture lifecycle, from opportunity identification and teaming through solution development, pricing, proposal submission, and award.
- Demonstrated understanding of the USG mission, organization, and acquisition environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams or portfolios, preferably in analytics, data science, AI/ML, software, modeling and simulation, or related mission technologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Technically adept and business-focused to interface across technical disciplines and senior leadership
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and a deep understanding of project management best practices
- Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and exhibit flexibility based on changing client needs
- High level of business acumen, ability to develop and implement strategy
- Strong connector who can make insightful connections to bring the right people together to solve problems and grow the business
- This position requires TS/SCI with Poly Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for a U.S. Government security clearance. Only US Citizens are eligible for a security clearance. For this position, LMI will only consider applicants with security clearances or applicants who are eligible for security clearances, due to the nature of the work.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success converting pilots into funded programs or follow-on work.
- Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and modeling and simulation solutions.
- Experience growing work through prime contract vehicles.
- Established relationships with Intel mission and acquisition stakeholders.
Target salary range: $150,000 - $210,000
