Description
Job Description:
We're hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator to lead video and photo production end-to-end while keeping our monthly content calendar, vendors, and budgets on track. This role blends hands-on creative production (Premiere, Lightroom, AI tools) with the marketing operations that keep a team moving — content calendars, work orders, and vendor coordination.
Perks & Benefits:
Comprehensive benefits package that provides extended health care, dental care, vision care, life insurance and critical illness.
Continuous learning opportunities with an annual educational allowance.
Generous referral program raging from $500-$2500, depending on business need.
Regular consistent team building activities and events.
Discounts to local amenities and vendors
Discounted hotel stays in multiple locations through our Hospitality offerings.
What Will You Do?
Platforms & Applications
- Adobe Premiere Pro — Primary video editing platform. Full post-production workflow: multi-track editing, color correction, transitions, effects, titling, audio mixing, and export for social and web delivery.
- Adobe Lightroom — Professional photo editing and retouching. Colour grading, exposure and tone correction, preset creation, and maintaining consistent visual treatment across shoots.
- Higgsfield (AI photo/video generation) — AI-assisted content generation used to supplement or prototype creative concepts.
- Asana — Monthly marketing content calendar. Building out shoot schedules, deliverable timelines, task assignment, and cross-team visibility on production status.
- Work Order / PO systems — Monthly work orders and purchase orders for all marketing vendors, coordinating scope, spend, and approvals.
Video & Post-Production
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro with a strong command of post-production workflow, including cutting, colour, effects, and audio
- Ability to properly structure and plan video shoots — shot lists, sequencing, and coverage that supports a clean final product
- Working knowledge of current social trends, including trending audio, formats, and pacing, with the judgment to apply them on-brand
- Experience storyboarding and pre-planning both video and photo shoots from concept through call sheet
Photography & Image Editing
- Proficient in Adobe Lightroom for professional photo editing, retouching, and colour consistency across a shoot
AI & Emerging Tools
- Basic working knowledge of AI-generated photo and video tools (e.g., Higgsfield) and how to integrate generated assets into production work
- Ability to virtually stage units using AI — furnishing and dressing empty suites digitally to produce market-ready lifestyle imagery without a physical staging build or photo shoot
- Basic understanding of AI photography rendering and output for multi-channel delivery
Organization & Marketing Operations
- Disciplined asset file management — consistent naming conventions, folder structure, versioning, and archiving so files stay findable and reusable
- Coordinating with marketing managers to build and maintain the monthly content calendar in Asana, assessing deadlines and deliverables across the marketing team
- Prepares monthly work orders and purchase orders for all marketing vendors, tracking scope and spend
What You Will Bring:
A post-secondary diploma/degree (Marketing or Business concentrations an asset)
Superior writing, editing, and copywriting skills, with the judgment to review and refine AI-generated content before it goes out
Hands-on comfort with generative AI tools for copy, image, and content workflows (e.g., ChatGPT/Copilot-style tools, AI design or editing assistants)
Ability to provide insight and strategic recommendations to achieve hospitality marketing objectives
Strong computer skills: high proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential; basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) is an asset
Understanding of digital initiatives, including web application processes, SEO, and Google products (Analytics, AdWords, Webmaster Tools) is an asset
Experience with CRM software, particularly Yardi, is an asset
Working knowledge of social media platforms and content scheduling/monitoring tools for hospitality or consumer brands
A valid driver's license and vehicle to facilitate visits to Onni's hospitality properties across the Chicago area
Salary Range:
$50,000 CAD Per Year

AI Use:
This role may involve the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support research, analysis, content development, design, reporting, or operational efficiency. Employees are expected to use AI responsibly and in compliance with company policies, data privacy requirements, confidentiality obligations, and applicable laws.
