Field Technical Services Supervisor

You’ll love it here! We are hiring immediately for a field technical services supervisor, which we call team lead - field services. In this role, you will lead, develop, and support the field services team and work together to create an amazing customer experience.

What you’ll do:

• Motivate and inspire your team to bring their whole selves to work when helping customers

• Manage recruitment, scheduling, and administrative tasks for the field services team

• Create an amazing customer experience when providing delivery and installation services

• Help customers determine their technology needs and respond to their questions

• Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture

What we’re looking for: 

• 1 year of similar experience in a leadership role

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Valid driver’s licence with a clean drivers abstract

• Successful completion of criminal background check

• Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers

• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
