Your Opportunity: Taylor Visual Impressions (TVI) is seeking an experienced Consultant to provide dedicated support for a few strategic initiatives currently underway across the business. This contract role will partner closely with TVI leadership and project teams to help drive project execution, maintain momentum, coordinate activities across stakeholders, and ensure key deliverables are completed on schedule.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where multiple priorities must be managed simultaneously. This individual will serve as a project resource focused on implementation, communication, process coordination, documentation, and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of three active business projects from planning through implementation.
- Partner with project sponsors and business leaders to track milestones, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Facilitate project meetings, document key decisions, and maintain action item logs.
- Coordinate activities across multiple departments and locations to ensure alignment and project progress.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, implementation plans, and communication materials.
- Identify roadblocks and proactively escalate risks that could impact project success.
- Assist with process mapping, workflow reviews, and implementation of new procedures or best practices.
- Monitor project performance against established goals and timelines.
- Support change management activities, including communication, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure accountability for project commitments by following up on outstanding action items and deliverables.
- Provide regular updates to leadership regarding project status, challenges, and achievements.
- Perform additional project-related assignments as needed.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience supporting business projects, operational initiatives, process improvements, or organizational change efforts.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience facilitating meetings and driving follow-through on action items.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
Preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credentials.
- Experience within manufacturing, print, operations, distribution, or supply chain environments.
- Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or process improvement experience.
- Experience supporting multi-site projects and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with project management and workflow tools.

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $120k-$130k. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
