We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team at Msuez Uk, located in the vibrant city of Cape Town, South Africa. As a full-time, permanent member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our design team to create visually appealing and effective design solutions for a variety of projects, including print and digital materials
• Assist with the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and email campaigns
• Use your knowledge of design principles and industry trends to create innovative and eye-catching designs
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver designs that meet their objectives
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
• Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and techniques to constantly improve and enhance your skills
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for projects
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency across all materials
• Continuously seek out opportunities to improve processes and procedures within the design team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to take constructive feedback and make revisions accordingly
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of printing processes and file preparation for print
• A passion for design and a desire to constantly learn and improve
• Experience in web design and coding is a plus
• Must be able to work in a team environment and independently
