Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Jr. Graphic Designer to develop engaging visual content that supports brand awareness, marketing initiatives, and business objectives. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling digital and print materials that effectively communicate key messages while maintaining brand consistency. This role requires a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets for digital, print, social media, email marketing, presentations, advertising campaigns, and corporate communications.
- Create graphics, illustrations, infographics, and branded materials that align with company standards and objectives.
- Develop creative concepts from initial idea through final production.
- Ensure all designs are visually compelling, accurate, and on-brand.
- Maintain and uphold brand guidelines across all creative deliverables.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to evolve and strengthen the organization's visual identity.
- Ensure consistency of messaging, design elements, typography, and imagery across all channels.
- Assist in developing new branding initiatives and campaigns.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, content, product, and leadership teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
- Present creative concepts and incorporate stakeholder feedback effectively.
- Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and agencies when needed.
- Design assets for websites, landing pages, social media platforms, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Create and edit video content, motion graphics, and animations when required.
- Optimize graphics for various platforms and devices.
- Stay informed on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
- Prepare final production-ready files for print and digital distribution.
- Review creative assets for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Troubleshoot design issues and ensure deliverables meet technical specifications.
- Organize and maintain digital asset libraries and design files.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of creative projects.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
