Assist in developing and maintaining a quality management system to ensure ANH premix products comply with relevant standards and regulations, satisfy customer requirements, meet all legal and regulatory demands, and drive continuous improvement of products and operations; conduct quality monitoring of raw materials and finished products to ensure feed safety and product quality.

协助建立和维护质量管理体系，确保ANH预混料产品符合相关标准和法规要求，满足客户需求及各项法律法规要求，并持续推动产品与运营的改进；同时对原材料和成品开展质量监控，保障饲料安全和产品质量。

Your key responsibilities 主要职责

• Perform quality control testing and monitoring of raw materials and finished products to ensure product quality, feed safety, and regulatory compliance.

负责原材料及成品的质量检测与监控，确保产品质量、饲料安全及符合法规要求。

• Conduct laboratory analyses and provide accurate, timely data to support production, process validation, and operational decision-making.

开展实验室分析工作，提供准确及时的检测数据，支持生产运营、工艺验证及业务决策。

• Investigate abnormal test results, participate in proficiency testing programs, and continuously improve analytical methods, testing standards, and QC procedures.

分析和调查异常检测结果，参与能力验证项目，持续优化分析方法、检验标准及质量控制流程。

• Manage daily SAP QM activities, ensuring quality data is entered accurately and maintained in compliance with company requirements.

负责SAP QM模块的日常管理，确保质量数据准确录入并符合公司管理要求。

• Maintain laboratory equipment through calibration, cleaning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure reliable operation.

负责实验室仪器设备的校准、清洁、故障排查及预防性维护，确保设备稳定可靠运行。

• Support quality management activities including audits, certifications, complaint investigations, documentation control, regulatory inspections, and cross-functional quality improvement projects.

You bring 我们期待

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Science, Biology, or a related scientific field.

• Prior experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, laboratory testing, or a related quality function within a manufacturing environment.

• Hands-on experience operating analytical instruments such as HPLC, ICP, or other laboratory testing equipment.

• Knowledge of quality management systems, laboratory practices, feed safety requirements, and regulatory compliance standards.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills with a high level of attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems (such as SAP QM), with basic English reading and writing skills.
