Description
About the role
Are you passionate about turning strategic ideas into structured execution and taking ownership of how Sales systems, enablement, and processes behind DIGITEC's commercial engine come together?
As Revenue Operations Manager, you'll take ownership of a pivotal, greenfield remit within DIGITEC's go-to-market organisation — shaping our CRM transformation, driving GTM programmes end-to-end with strong project-management discipline, and building the operational backbone behind how we report on and scale revenue. It's a role that sits close to the centre of our business plan, with genuine scope for ownership, influence, and real impact on how the business grows. It's a global role with interesting, complex clients across our markets.
Working closely with the Head of Revenue Operations & Enablement, Sales, and Marketing, you'll help define and help implement what a modern, efficient GTM operating model looks like for DIGITEC globally.
This is a hands-on builder role for someone comfortable with ambiguity, who wants to see the direct impact of their work as much as they enjoy shaping scope and process from scratch.
Your Responsibilities
- Project & Programme Management: Scope, structure and actively drive GTM initiatives end-to-end, translating ideas into tangible plans with clear outcomes.
- CRM Transformation & Optimisation: Play a leading role in the implementation and ongoing evolution of our CRM, from business requirements and process design through implementation, testing, rollout and adoption; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is highly desirable.
- New Logo / Pre-Sales Programme: Taking a leading operational role in the pre-sales new-logo programme. This includes client segmentation and targeting, implementing lead-generation tools, establishing outreach processes and templates, and tracking performance against agreed targets.
- Investor & Management Reporting: Support the Head of Revenue Operations with recurring investor and management reporting, including data collation and validation, analysis of commercial performance and trends, and development of clear, insightful commentary.
Preferred qualifications
- 5–10 years' project management experience, with a strong track record of translating strategic or operational ideas into structured plans and driving them through to successful execution.
- Strong experience in the development, implementation, and ongoing management of CRM systems, ideally including Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience in RevOps, or closely partnering with RevOps, Sales, and Marketing, with a solid grasp of how GTM teams and commercial processes work.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills, with confidence handling, validating, and analysing data and translating it into meaningful insights and commentary.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and manage multiple stakeholders across business lines and levels of seniority, while constructively challenging and driving accountability.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with one or more of the following would be an advantage: PowerBI, Tableau, Claude
