This role reports to the CEO and is designed for experienced relationship managers with a track record in relationship management, account management, or client retention, whether that track record comes from financial services or corporate. You’ll take the relationships our business development team secures and turn them into deep, multi-year partnerships built on trust, consistent engagement, and shared investment in our mission.
This is an opportunity to build deep, lasting relationships with the partners who make Greenwood Project’s work possible, designing relationship strategies tailored to each partner’s goals, creating consistent touchpoints that keep them engaged, and finding the right moments to invite deeper investment in our mission.
Every touchpoint you create and every relationship you deepen directly sustains the programs that help our Scholars break into financial services careers.
This role blends the relationship discipline of account management with the mission-driven purpose of making sure no partner ever feels like just a name on a spreadsheet.
