Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Validation Lead to join our unique FIFA team, building next-generation applications to control and manage our products.

As a Validation Lead, you will play a key technical leadership role, driving end-to-end quality strategy and execution for complex systems. You will influence product quality at scale, lead cross-domain validation efforts, and shape how quality is built into the development lifecycle.
Our Group
The FIFA group develops a software to automate semiconductors chip manufacturing processes. The team works with Java, leveraging modern technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and more.
What you'll be doing
- Lead end-to-end validation strategy and execution across domains
- Define and drive customer-focused, risk-based testing approaches
- Own holistic test plans (STP), coverage, and validation scope
- Participate in design and planning phases to identify gaps and risks
- Review and approve STP/STR and validation methodologies
- Act as technical POC for QA and validation topics
- Drive quality methodologies, standards, and process improvements
- Collaborate cross-domain to align testing strategies and execution
- Lead complex investigations and resolution of field escalations
- Define and align manual and automation testing strategies
- Track quality metrics and drive continuous improvements
- Mentor QA engineers and lead quality knowledge sharing
What should you have
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Engineering (Software, Electrical, or related field)
- Proven experience in system-level validation and E2E testing
- Strong understanding of complex software systems and architectures
- Experience driving test strategies, methodologies, and quality processes
- Hands-on experience with risk-based and customer-oriented testing
- Solid understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and Agile development
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable quality insights
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Xray)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead cross-team initiatives and influence without authority
- Experience mentoring engineers and driving quality culture
Advantages

- Familiarity with JIRA, Xray, and coverage techniques in Agile development.
