We are seeking people that want to make an impact on the world’s leading communication networks and are experienced in networking architecture or AI infrastructure solutions.Job SummaryDevelop and optimize high-performance software for AI datacenter networking, implementing NOS enhancements, smart NIC integration, and specialized routing features for AI workloads.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement network operating system features for AI-optimized switching scenariosIntegrate smart NIC solutions for end-to-end AI-optimized networkingCreate monitoring and telemetry collection mechanisms for datapath analysisImplement load balancing algorithms optimized for AI workload patternsDebug and optimize datapath performance bottlenecksCollaborate with QA teams on feature testing and validation Required Qualifications:BSc degree in Computer Science or Engineering5+ years of software development experience in networking or systems programmingUnderstanding of networking protocols and packet processing optimizationPreferred QualificationsExperience with SONiC development, SAI implementation, or switch softwareRustKnowledge of Linux kernel networkingExperience with smart NIC programming interfaces and SDK developmentFamiliarity with DPDK, RDMA, and high-performance networking librariesExperience with AI/ML framework networking integration
