Position Summary 

The Field Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating communication and operational support for field service activities. This role serves as the central point of contact for job site communication, scheduling, parts coordination, and warranty processing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in SAP and Salesforce systems. 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage all email communications related to assigned job sites, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses. 
• Coordinate scheduling of commissioning engineers to meet project timelines. 
• Track and manage parts ordering, delivery status, and allocation to job sites. 
• Monitor and support warranty processes, including documentation, claims tracking, and communication with stakeholders. 
• Maintain accurate records of job status and service activity within Salesforce. 
• Serve as a liaison between field teams, customers, and internal departments. 
• Identify and escalate risks or delays that may impact job execution. 
• Ensure all documentation and updates follow company standards.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications 

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience in field service coordination, HVAC/Refrigeration, or technical service environments. 
• Familiarity with parts logistics, scheduling, and warranty processes. 
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners. 
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce in an operational or service coordination capacity.
