Job Summary**
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales within a defined territory, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring efficient administrative support for sales operations at Maxis Mobile Sdn Bhd.
Job Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets within the assigned territory.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
* Manage sales pipelines and provide regular sales forecasts.
* Perform administrative support tasks for the sales team, including scheduling and report generation.
* Accurately enter and manage sales-related data in company systems.
* Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
Job Qualifications**
* Proven experience in sales or a related customer-facing role.
* Basic understanding of sales concepts and principles.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Detail-oriented approach to data entry and administrative tasks.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
