At DysTech, you'll have the opportunity to work on meaningful programs, grow professionally, and make a tangible impact supporting critical federal missions.Position OverviewDysTech is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the U.S. Coast Guard's Office of Resource Management, Reimbursable Management Division (CG-835). This position provides strategic project management, business process improvement, and organizational modernization support to help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of interagency financial management operations.The successful candidate will lead projects from planning through implementation, analyze business processes, develop data-driven recommendations, and collaborate closely with government stakeholders to improve organizational performance. This position is ideal for experienced professionals with strong project management, business analysis, and leadership skills who enjoy solving complex challenges and driving continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Analyst, you will:Lead projects from initiation through implementation, managing schedules, deliverables, stakeholder communications, and overall project execution.Analyze business processes and organizational data to identify improvement opportunities and develop practical recommendations.Support the implementation and optimization of Microsoft SharePoint, the Microsoft Power Platform, and other collaboration and workflow automation tools.Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive briefings to support leadership decision-making.Collaborate with government stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate meetings, and support organizational modernization initiatives.Provide training, guidance, and change management support for new systems, processes, and technologies.Utilize AI-enabled tools and data analysis techniques to support reporting, risk identification, and informed decision-making.Promote continuous improvement through innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and mission performance.Required QualificationsCandidates must possess:Bachelor's degreeAt least four (4) years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience leading projects involving business analysis, project management, organizational improvement, or program management.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps).Experience developing reports, presentations, and executive-level briefings.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively.Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.Preferred QualificationsPreference will be given to candidates with experience in one or more of the following:U.S. Coast Guard, Department of Homeland Security, or other federal civilian agenciesFederal financial management or acquisition programsBusiness process improvement and organizational transformationAI-enabled data analysis or reporting toolsAgile project management methodologiesChange management initiativesWhy Join DysTech?At DysTech, we invest in our people because they are the foundation of our success.
