Supervisor de Almacen Fin de semana

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Supervisor de Almacen Fin de semana.

## What you’ll do:

This role will be responsible to lead receiving and warehouse team, ensuring the compliance in the activities of material flow, receipt, storage and delivery of materials to production lines. As well as the implementation of best storage practices, monitoring compliance with the security policies defined by the organization.

A. Ensure adequately the recepipt of materials in receiving area and Monitor movements that are made from the receipt of materials (warehouse), through warehouse logistics to the delivery of materials to the production lines

B. Supervise and advise on transactions within SAP corresponding to the previous activities

C. Timely compliance with ISO 9001:2015 documents that apply

D. Administer adequately, the resources to carry out the operations of your department and 5 ´ S

E. Keep the equipment assigned to your department in good condition

F. Work in coordination with the areas of planning, production and quality with the intention of ensuring the supply of materials for the operation in time and form.

G. Support with the dissemination of policy and quality objectives in your department,

H. Seek the improvement of the operation and consequently the indicators of the department1.

I. Ensure the drive ability and correct administration of inventory in warehouse locations.

J. Ensure that personnel under your responsibility receive the training required to ensure the quality of the product

K. Ensure that your personal responsibility works in a safe environment.

L. To promote a culture of security and to participate actively in the activities that tend to improve the working conditions of the plant

M. .Ensure timely shipments of materials to sister plants of raw material by reviewing the ROH

N. Make movement of materials with the SAP.

O. Follow up of SAP (inventory management) and WM (Warehouse management) reports

P. Dispose of material inside warehouse.

Q. Consultation of materials and inventories.

## Qualifications:

• Industrial Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration or related career.
• 3- 5 years experience in a similar role (Leadership role in charge of total warehouse) .
• Background in Purchasing, Production Scheduling, or Inventory Control roles.
• Background in leadership and administration of warehouse and receipt staff.
• English 80% (Speaking, writting and reading)
• Manufacturing background is a must
• Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 6:30 to 18:30 (Total 36 WH)
• Exp with any ERP. SAP Prefered

## Skills:

Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015, SAP, Q Pulse, Warehouse Management experience, Inventory Control
