Our Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is one of the most innovative divisions within Caterpillar. In PSLD, as within all of Caterpillar, our priority is our customers and helping them build a better world. PSLD is responsible for the worldwide distribution of Cat aftermarket parts, integrated logistics, and global service to develop and support our global dealer network and customers.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Production Planner to join our Equipment Processing Center in Zeebrugge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiencies within the scheduling processes to ensure the timely preparation and shipment of machines to our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute an efficient capacity plan for machine processing

- Conduct data analysis and visualization to inform decision-making

- Collaborate closely with service providers and internal teams including Order Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Transport

- Prioritize and plan operations to optimize performance and minimize delays

- Manage 3PL performance, communication, and issue resolution

- Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements

Basic Requirements:

- Ability to manage and analyse large datasets

- Independent, structured, and collaborative team player

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Resilient, adaptable, and hard-working

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

- Interested in ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, PowerBI)

- Fluent in English and Dutch (both written and verbal)

Base Minimum Pay:

€39,300.48

 

Please note that salary is only one component of the total compensation and benefit package available at Caterpillar.

 

 

This position requires working onsite five days a week.
