Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef de Partie who embodies Aman’s commitment to culinary excellence and creativity to join Amanzoe, in the Peloponnese, Greece. Reporting to the Pastry Chef, the successful candidate will support the daily operations of the pastry section and contribute to the production of refined desserts and pastry creations across the resort. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about pastry craftsmanship and delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of all pastry and dessert items across the resort’s outlets.

• Ensure consistency, quality and presentation in line with Aman’s culinary standards.

• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new pastry items and seasonal menus.

• Maintain a clean and organised workstation in accordance with HACCP standards.

• Support and guide junior colleagues in their daily tasks and training.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation and ordering when required.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished products.

• Report equipment maintenance needs and uphold kitchen safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Professional diploma in Food Production with pastry specialisation from a recognised culinary school.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar position within a five-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.

• Demonstrated creativity in pastry design, flavour combinations and presentation.

• Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills.

• A collaborative mindset with a disciplined and proactive work ethic.

• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety procedures.

• Fluency in English is desirable but not essential.

• You must have the legal right to live and work in Greece.
