Description
Join the talented kitchen team at a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Bath. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Pastry Chef De Partie to develop their career in an award-winning kitchen, creating beautiful pastries and desserts for a 1 Michelin Star restaurant and hotel environment.
Working alongside an Apprentice and Commis Chef, you'll focus primarily on the restaurant's pastry offering, while also supporting breakfast, room service and bar food. If you're looking to grow your skills in a friendly, high-performing team that values creativity and quality, this could be the perfect next step.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as a Pastry Chef De Partie…
- £34,259 per annum plus £3,000 to £4,000 tips
- 48-hour contract
- 2 days off per week, 3 days off wherever possible
- Working 48 hours per week, including 1 breakfast shift per week (6:45am to 3:00pm) when 3 days off are not available
- Excellent training and genuine career progression opportunities
- 50% contribution towards taxi fares to and from work between 11:00pm and 6:30am

The ideal Pastry Chef De Partie will have…
- Experience as a Pastry Chef De Partie or an ambitious Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
- A background within a minimum 3 AA Rosette standard kitchen
- Excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for high-end pastry
- A desire to learn, develop and work to the highest culinary standards
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive as part of a collaborative brigade
