Job Title: Remote Executive & Recruiting Assistant (100% Work From Home)
Recruiting Support & Talent Pipeline Management

Broadcasts and monitors open job advertisements across diverse corporate hiring platforms and external listing engines.

Conducts thorough, initial resume screening to identify qualified applicants matching core candidate profiles.

Audits applicant resumes to flag employment gaps, structural inconsistencies, or vital discussion points for the primary hiring managers.

Manages candidate communication streams, requesting necessary certifications, videos, technical assessments, and missing pipeline documentation.

Governs the central Applicant Tracking System (ATS), keeping every profile updated, scheduling multi-stage interviews, and preparing evaluation packets for leadership.
HR Administration & Corporate Compliance

Coordinates the end-to-end administration of employee onboarding documentation, verifying that compliance fields and tax files are flawlessly compiled.

Tracks company-wide performance review intervals, proactively dispatching evaluation reminders and compliance updates to internal staff.

Preserves meticulous digital file organization for active personnel folders, training documentation, and historic company records.

Coordinates internal employee engagement programs, seasonal corporate initiatives, and cross-department team announcements.
Executive Assistance & Operational Logistics

Provides high-level calendar management and schedule coordination to protect the time vectors of executive leaders.

Prepares professional corporate documentation, analytical spreadsheets, visual reports, and executive presentations using Microsoft Office tools.

Administrative Sector Tenure: 1–3+ years of verified professional experience operating as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, HR Assistant, Recruiting Coordinator, or Talent Acquisition Assistant.

Outstanding English Mechanics: Excellent written English skills (crucial for professional email drafting and internal comms) paired with clear, professional verbal English capabilities (a slight native accent is completely acceptable).

Advanced Technical Tooling: High operational proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite—specifically navigating Excel (basic to intermediate formulas, formatting), Outlook (advanced calendar/invite mapping), Word, and PowerPoint—alongside comprehensive Google Workspace literacy.

Organizational Rigor: Superb time-management skills and attention to detail, showing a natural affinity for behind-the-scenes support, color-coded tracking systems, and clean databases.

Professional Discretion: A high level of absolute confidentiality, integrity, and corporate discretion when handling sensitive HR files and executive schedules.

Workplace Infrastructure: Ownership of a fully private remote home office layout, a modern computer setup optimized for seamless data entry across multiple platform tabs, and a stable, high-speed internet connection with battery redundancies.

Prior exposure navigating Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or specialized candidate databases (experience with tools like Hiring Steps is an excellent advantage, though training will be provided).
