Title of Position: Country Director of Finance, Thailand
Package: 350,000 - 450,000 Baht
Benefits: The position offers a Local package with all the usual benefits
Summary
The Country Director of Finance, Thailand & Laos provide strategic and operational leadership for Finance & Accounting across Thailand & Laos. Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting. Safeguard company assets, strengthen internal controls, and support business performance. Act as a key finance business partner to Country GM, property leaders, and regional/HQ teams.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualifications are an advantage
Experience:
• Minimum 10 years of Finance & Accounting experience
• At least 5 years in a senior managerial or leadership role
• Proven experience in hospitality or serviced residence operations
• Exposure to multi‑property and/or multi‑country environments preferred
• Strong understanding of hospitality financial operations and KPIs
• Experience with international audits, internal controls, and owner reporting
• Excellent financial analysis, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
• Effective leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Proficient in accounting systems and financial reporting tools
• High integrity and strong sense of accountability
• Independent, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven
• Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution ability
• Calm and decisive under pressure
