Description
Our client is a well-established international hotel chain.
They are seeking to appoint a Country Director of Finance, Thailand & Laos.
This role will oversee 25+ properties in operation, with a strong pipeline of additional properties in various of development.
This role will be based in their regional office in Bangkok, Thailand, and will be reporting directly to Country General Manager.
Please note that this position is available for Expats only.
Profile
• A minimum of 10 years experience in hospitality
• At least five years of senior management experience in Finance
• Previous experience at Corporate, Group or Country level, overseeing 10 - 20 properties is a must
• Experience of working in strategic and commercially focused senior finance role
• Strong understanding of hospitality financial controls and KPIs
• Excellent people management experience and hands-on leadership of finance team
• Strong in working capital and cash flow management
• Strong in audit compliance and owner reporting
• Strong system skills and track record of implementing processes and internal controls
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• High level of integrity and accountability
• Detail oriented and results driven
• Able to work under pressure
• Independent, organized, and proactive professional
