Responsibilities

What You'll Actually Do

 

• Lead operational projects end-to-end: Manage initiatives from planning through implementation and stabilization, keeping delivery on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
• Drive efficiency initiatives: Push forward projects focused on operational efficiency, cost reduction, workflow optimization, and service improvements across the organization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: Bring together Claims Operations, Finance, IT, Compliance, Vendor Management, and external partners to keep initiatives moving in the same direction.
• Build project infrastructure: Develop project plans, timelines, risk assessments, status reporting, and implementation strategies that keep every initiative on track.
• Identify improvement opportunities: Spot process gaps and recommend operational enhancements before they become bigger problems.
• Track performance metrics: Monitor project performance, cost savings opportunities, and operational outcomes to prove initiatives are delivering real value.
• Manage stakeholders and risk: Facilitate stakeholder meetings, deliver project updates, and escalate risks or barriers before they derail progress.

 

Qualifications

What You Bring to Our Team

 

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, Project Management, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of project management, operations, or process improvement experience, specifically within healthcare, claims, or insurance environments
• Track record managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with process improvement methodologies or operational optimization initiatives preferred

Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
• Project management tools and software
• Process improvement methodologies

Physical Requirements  

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. 

• The person in this job needs to occasionally move inside the office to access office machinery, filing cabinets, and meeting facilities. 

• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as copy machine, computer printer, calculator, etc. 

• Frequently positions self to maintain files in file cabinets. 

• Frequently move boxes or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds. 

• Must communicate information and ideas so others understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. 

• Must be able to observe details at close range.

Compensation: This position offers a base salary range of $88,000 - $95,000, depending on location, skills, and experience. You're eligible for our full benefits package starting day one.
