As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead complex, cross-functional technology programs that advance business and technology priorities. You will connect engineering, product, architecture, operations, governance, and business partners to align roadmaps, manage dependencies, and deliver measurable outcomes across multiple teams.

 

Your ability to solve problems, assess tradeoffs, and facilitate timely decisions will help teams navigate risks and maintain progress. Through clear communication and adaptable program leadership, you will provide visibility into milestones and outcomes while supporting modernization, cloud, artificial intelligence, digital experience, and operational excellence initiatives. Success requires disciplined execution, strong collaboration, and the judgment to balance technical goals with evolving business needs.

What you have

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of project or program management experience leading multiple large, complex, cross-functional technology initiatives
• Demonstrated success delivering high-visibility initiatives with measurable business or customer outcomes.
• Strong technical judgment and the ability to understand application, platform, data, security, and operational dependencies.
• Proven ability to build trust and influence decisions across a highly matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, make sound decisions with incomplete information, and escalate risks early.
• Experience with Agile and Scaled Agile delivery practices, including dependency management, forecasting, and Agile delivery metrics.
• Experience using project management tools and methodologies such as JIRA, Confluence and Rally to manage plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes
• Experience partnering with engineering and architecture leaders on technical programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong AI fluency and ability to assess AI use cases, clarify business value, identify constraints, and communicate trade-offs to technical and executive audiences.
• Experience leading cloud adoption, digital transformation, or operational excellence programs
• Experience driving AI adoption initiatives including both DevEx and external client facing initiatives
• Experience delivering digital products or platforms in financial services or another regulated industry.
• Experience using Rally
• Adaptability when managing changing priorities, dependencies, and business needs

In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
