Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Reception Queue Management in Beverly Hills, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Your visible presence will help support a secure, professional environment while reflecting our agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture. Through teamwork and integrity, you will help create a positive experience for tenants, guests, and colleagues.

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients at a commercial real estate front desk while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the building, greet and direct visitors, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate visitor logs.
• Receive and route calls, deliveries, and service requests in a professional manner while maintaining awareness of front-desk activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Communicate observations, incidents, and access concerns to appropriate personnel and complete required reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
