  • Collaborate with Compliance leadership and key business stakeholders to establish performance objectives, evaluate program metrics, and implement strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen accountability, and drive measurable improvements in Compliance Monitoring and Testing performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational compliance matters across all lending channels, delivering timely, actionable regulatory guidance to facilitate informed decision-making, resolve complex compliance matters, and ensure consistent application of regulatory requirements and Company policies.
  • Spearhead regulatory examination and audit file requests, ensuring the timely and accurate collection, validation, and submission of required loan files in accordance with examination protocols and regulatory deadlines.
  • Support the oversight and execution of Branch Audit activities, coordinating with audit personnel, branch leadership, and key business stakeholders to ensure timely completion of audit deliverables, appropriate escalation of findings, and effective implementation of corrective actions.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by Compliance leadership to support departmental objectives and organizational priorities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience within a financial institution, preferably a large or complex organization.
  • 3+ years of experience in risk management or consumer compliance, specifically related to mortgage originations.
  • Proficiency with ACES, Encompass, and Jira, preferred.
