Showpo was established in Sydney in 2010 from our Founder & CEO Jane Lu's garage. Fast forward to now, we have disrupted the traditional retail model, are a global fashion destination and one of Australia's home grown true global success stories. This is an exciting, newly created and rare opportunity to take the commercial lead of an established, founder-led global fashion brand and have genuine impact on the next stage of our growth.

Working closely with our CEO (founder) and Executive Director, you'll own the commercial direction and execution of the business across Product, Marketing & Brand, Digital & eCommerce and Operations.

At the heart of this role is our product and customer proposition. You'll define what we sell, who we're selling to and how we bring it to market, ensuring Showpo continues to deliver fashion our customers love, at the right price and provide an exceptional customer experience from the first touch point through to order delivery.

You'll bring together our senior functional leaders behind one clear commercial strategy, balancing creative instinct with data, brand ambition with profitability, and long-term growth with day-to-day performance.
