TITLE: Executive Director of Property Operations
LOCATION: California
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are searching for the senior-most operations executive for a multifamily portfolio, a highly visible leadership role reporting directly to the Founder/CEO. This leader is responsible for the overall operations of the business and portfolio at the highest level, overseeing day-to-day operations, all aspects of property management, and the strategy, vision, platform, systems and processes, while setting the cultural tone across the team, properties and business. They will bridge the gap between the team, the properties and the broader business strategy, working directly with ownership and corporate leaders on enterprise-level planning and implementation. This is a chance to step into a true executive role with significant autonomy, visibility and influence, and to have a meaningful impact on the growth and future of the organization.
