Job Description:
PURPOSE
The Clinical Education Specialist develops and manages high-quality clinical education content aligned with Nobel Biocare’s portfolio and customer needs. Working with clinical experts and cross-functional teams, the role turns complex information into clear, reusable learning assets for in-person, digital and blended education. It supports structured learning journeys, global content activation and asset lifecycle management through strong writing, coordination and project management.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Educational content and asset development
· Develop and update presentations, clinical cases, videos, webinars, e-learning and supporting materials.
· Turn complex clinical, scientific and product information into clear, practical learning content.
· Adapt content for different audiences, levels, channels and formats.
· Explore innovative delivery using AI, virtual reality and emerging technologies.
· Create modular content for reuse across courses, campaigns and markets.
· Coordinate development with clinical experts and cross-functional partners.
Content quality, governance and lifecycle
· Ensure assets are accurate, referenced, compliant and aligned with approved messaging.
· Manage reviews, approvals, version control and file storage.
· Maintain templates and guidelines for consistent content production.
· Identify gaps, duplication and outdated content, and plan action.
· Manage content access and updates across platforms and repositories.
Learning journeys and global enablement
· Build learning journeys aligned with customer needs and clinical competencies.
· Support local adaptation of global content while protecting core messages and standards.
· Guide speakers and teams on audience, use and learning outcomes.
· Support effective use of learning platforms and content repositories.
Educational activity support
· Support selected in-person, online and hybrid activities, ensuring content and speaker readiness.
· Coordinate content timelines across launches, campaigns and courses.
· Develop accurate, engaging course descriptions, agendas and promotional copy.
Continuous improvement
· Use learner feedback and stakeholder input to improve content and experiences.
· Use CRM and platform data to track engagement, outcomes and proportionate ROI.
· Monitor education and digital learning trends to improve formats and delivery.
· Maintain content inventories and status tracking for clear prioritization and planning.
Job Requirements:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Critical Knowledge and Qualifications:
· Relevant degree in dentistry, medicine, life sciences, education or communications.
· Understanding of dental procedures, digital workflows and clinical evidence.
· Knowledge of adult learning or instructional design is an advantage.
· Knowledge of healthcare and medical device compliance requirements.
· Excellent written and spoken English.
· Willingness to travel.
Critical Skills/technical know-how:
· Strong writing, editing and content-structuring skills.
· Ability to create presentations, videos, webinars, e-learning and documents.
· Strong project coordination, review and version-control skills.
· Effective collaboration with clinical experts and cross-functional teams.
· High attention to accuracy, consistency and quality.
· Microsoft Office proficiency and familiarity with learning and content platforms.
Critical Experience:
· 3–5 years in clinical education, medical communications, training or content development within dental or medical devices.
· Experience developing clinical or scientific educational content.
· Experience coordinating experts and cross-functional stakeholders.
· Digital learning or multi-channel content experience is an advantage.
· Experience in an international, fast-paced environment.
