Sr. Test & Assembly Tech
We are looking for a Sr. Test & Assembly Tech to join our team!
As a Sr. Test & Assembly Tech, you will perform complex assembly, test, troubleshooting, and repair activities for products, systems, components, and customer returns. You will provide practical support to others while ensuring work meets quality management system, customer, and product requirements. Upon successful hire, on the job training and development will be provided and may include the use of lathes, drills, mills, threaders, saws, bead blasters, Sanders, and processes such as welding, brazing, micro-TIG welding, laser welding, and spot welding.

Salary Information: $25.38 to $27.10 per hour

Your Challenge:
- Perform complex assembly, test, repair, and troubleshooting activities using drawings, test procedures, tools, fixtures, and measuring equipment.
- Evaluate customer returns and determine repair actions required to meet customer requirements and product build standards.
- Perform fault finding to subassembly and component level using drawings, test equipment, and circuit diagrams.
- Conduct stage inspection, final inspection support, release documentation, and product verification activities.
- Provide training and technical support to other technicians as assigned.
What You Bring:
- Due to the nature of work performed at this site, incumbents must be a U.S. Person.
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical certificate, or equivalent experience.
- Typically 4-6 years of assembly, test, repair, troubleshooting, or related technical experience.
- Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, test procedures, circuit diagrams, and product documentation.
- Experience diagnosing and repairing product issues at subassembly or component level.
- Ability to support others and maintain accurate quality documentation.
