About JETSET Pilates Franchising
At JETSET Pilates Franchising, we are scaling a premium, analytically driven franchise platform in the boutique fitness space, built around Modern Pilates studios and a rapidly expanding national footprint. Our business model combines brand growth with disciplined financial management, supporting franchise partners through rigorous site economics, unit performance analytics, and systemwide forecasting to drive sustainable expansion. We operate in a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial environment where financial insight directly informs strategic decisions across development pacing, capital allocation, pricing, and margin optimization. The FP&A Manager will play a critical role in turning financial and operational data into actionable insight that guides leadership and the Board, strengthens financial discipline, and underpins our next phase of growth.
