Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Injection Mold Operator to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will safely and efficiently perform post-molding finishing, assembly, and quality inspection operations to ensure high-quality plastic components meet customer standards.
Benefits and Compensation Competitive Pay: $22/hr DOE to start! If you are transitioning from another Accounting role, we offer great starting rates for our second-shift hours.

Responsibilities Include:
- Safely and efficiently perform post-molding operations, trimming, deburring, and assembly of plastics components.
- Conduct thorough quality inspection procedures to detect defects and maintain strict standards.
- Package finished goods and support warehouse staging and logistics for inventory storage and shipment.
- Maintain accurate production records and uphold safety guidelines across the machine operator workstation.
- Work closely with team members to support smooth warehouse operations, inventory flow, and logistics.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Required: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience in a manufacturing or plastics environment.
- Ability to read work instructions and perform basic quality inspection and counting tasks.
- Preferred: 6+ months experience as an injection mold machine operator or in plastics assembly and logistics.
- Hands-on experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers for precision checks.
- Demonstrated experience using calipers and micrometers during standard quality inspection workflows.
- Ability to operate calipers and micrometers accurately within a fast-paced warehouse setting.
