Cabrini 3 Central Ward
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Ward Clerk to join our 3 Central team, a dynamic 33-bed Stroke, Neurology and Medical Unit at Cabrini Malvern.
You will work alongside an experienced nursing; medical and allied health team committed to providing high-quality care and a positive experience for our patients and their families. You will play an important role in helping the ward run smoothly, supporting communication across the team and creating a welcoming and professional environment for our patients and families.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients and families to the ward
- Responding to emails and incoming calls to the ward, managing enquiries, scheduling appointments
- Assisting with the collating of patient reports
- Updating the Patient Administration system
What we’re looking for:
- Strong administrative and clerical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Is warm, approachable and provides exceptional customer service
- Communicates confidently and professionally with patients, families and staff
- Is highly organised and able to manage competing priorities in a busy clinical environment
- Works well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Is proactive, reliable and willing to help wherever needed
- Has strong computer and data-entry skills
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare environment would be highly regarded
