Part-Time Dentist (French & English) – Global Clinical Operations
Location: Europe (Remote/Hybrid)
Employment Type: Part-Time
Reports To: Medical Director, Global Clinical Operations
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Dentist to join our Global Clinical Operations team on a part-time basis. Working within a multidisciplinary international environment, you will provide dental expertise to support globally mobile customers, with a particular focus on International Organizations (IOs).
You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, case managers, and operational teams to ensure high-quality, evidence-based, and customer-centered clinical decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Review complex dental cases and treatment requests for medical necessity and policy alignment.
- Provide dental consultation to multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- Support utilization management, case management, and clinical decision-making activities.
- Engage with treating providers to discuss treatment plans and clinical recommendations.
- Contribute to quality assurance, clinical governance, and calibration initiatives.
- Support customers and providers across multiple countries and healthcare systems.
- Participate in process improvement and global clinical transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Dental degree (DDS, DMD, BDS, or equivalent).
- Active dental license in a European country.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical practice experience.
- Strong clinical judgment and evidence-based decision-making skills.
- Professional fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Experience working in international, insurance, utilization management, or advisory settings is preferred.
