Senior Staff Technician Facility

๋Join Us! Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including troubleshooting of facility and utility systems to ensure reliable operations. Monitor and maintain utility equipment to maximize system availability and minimize downtime. Operate, inspect, and maintain facility systems, including Chillers, Ultra-Pure Water (UPW), Wastewater Treatment, Compressed Dry Air (CDA), HVAC systems, and building infrastructure. Conduct routine inspections of electrical and control systems to ensure safe and efficient operation. Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment history, and utility operation logs. Support internal and external audits related to facility, utility, environmental, and safety compliance. Ensure compliance with company policies, Thai regulations, environmental requirements, and safety standards. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and project activities. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and energy performance. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Diploma (High Vocational Certificate) or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power, Mechatronics, Mechanical Technology, or a related field. Experience in facility, utility, maintenance, or engineering operations within manufacturing environments is preferred. Basic knowledge of utility systems such as Chillers, HVAC, Compressed Air, Water Treatment, or Building Facilities. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, contractors, and service providers.
