Transfer and develop thermal processes for SiC, GaN and Si technologies Document process results and implement it in production Close collaboration with technology development and transfer projects Reduce defect density and improce costs of processes in responsibility Study of electro technics, physics, chemistry or analogous natural sciences Preferred more than 3 years experience in semiconductor industry Able to work in cross functional teams and to work with teams on other sites and in other time zones.
