About OOOVATION
OOOVATION designs and crafts custom medals and trophies for sports events, companies, and major organizations. Based in France with a team of 11 to 50 people, the company is expanding across Europe with the goal of becoming the European leader in custom awards by 2030.
What you will do
You will drive the expansion of OOOVATION across the Czech and Slovak markets, building relationships with event organizers and organizations to establish the brand in the region. Your work will involve identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts from initial contact to closing, and representing the company at industry events.
What the role requires
Proven experience in sales or business development
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluency in Czech and Slovak, alongside professional working proficiency in English
An independent approach to managing your pipeline and daily tasks
Your first months at OOOVATION
You will have familiarized yourself with our range of custom awards and mapped key event organizers across the Czech and Slovak markets. You will have initiated contact with prospective clients, established active outreach campaigns, and begun securing new partnerships for upcoming sporting and corporate events.
Jazykové požadavky
Čeština: Plynulá znalost českého jazyka je nezbytná pro rozvoj obchodních vztahů na místním trhu.
Angličtina: Dobrá znalost angličtiny, slovem i písmem, je požadována.
Francouzština: Základní znalost francouzštiny je rovněž důležitá pro usnadnění komunikace během úvodního školení v našem sídle ve Francii.
Není nutné mluvit perfektně francouzsky. Hledáme však člověka, který dokáže porozumět jednoduchým rozhovorům a aktivně komunikovat s naším týmem během prvního měsíce školení.

Compensation
EUR 24,600–40,000 per year
About the position
This permanent contract is based in Yssingeaux, France, operating on a 35-hour workweek with a hybrid workplace model and a 3-month probation period. You will have 25 vacation days per year. If you match most of these requirements and are ready to grow with us, send us your application.
