Job Summary:

 

This position is responsible for planning and dispatching service assignments, as well as monitoring, coordinating, and managing all service activities for VRF and AHU-FCU (split type) products, ensuring strict alignment with the company’s standard operating procedures.

 

Principal Responsibilities:

 

·       Vendor & Customer Management: Manage service operations and subcontracted partners effectively, ensuring exceptional service delivery and responsive support to meet customer requirements."

·       Emergency On-Call Support: Maintain 24/7 standby availability to handle critical calls, ensuring that the initial assessment and "First Response" actions are executed strictly within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

·       Technical Diagnostics & Advisory: Analyze and assess the severity of equipment malfunctions, document detailed case information, and provide expert technical troubleshooting and repair recommendations to clients.

·       Preventive Maintenance Execution: Plan, control, and execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) cycles for VRF and HVAC systems to minimize operational downtime and mitigate equipment failures.

 

·       Predictive Maintenance & Risk Assessment: Review equipment startup, commissioning, and service reports to identify potential risks and implement proactive predictive maintenance strategies.

·       Inventory & Spare Parts Coordination: Manage and coordinate spare parts inventory to ensure optimal availability, readiness, and seamless deployment for ongoing service operations.

·       Parts Inquiry & Standard Operating Procedure Compliance: Receive, review, and record all spare parts inquiries to verify technical compatibility with assigned jobs; continuously improve part capability for all Direct Expansion (DX) coils in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Functional Competencies:

 

-  HVAC & VRF Expertise: Extensive experience and specialized proficiency in the service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of VRF and comprehensive HVAC systems.

- Technical Diagnostics: Strong technical knowledge and practical expertise in VRF, AHU-FCU, HVAC systems, and advanced cooling solutions.

- Operational Execution: Proven capability to execute service operations in strict alignment with engineering standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

 

Qualifications:

 

- Gender: Male (Military service completed or exempted).

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.

- Transportation: Must possess a personal car and a valid driver’s license (capable of traveling for site visits).

- Language Proficiency: Good command of English with strong communication skills.

- Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Work Flexibility: Ability to work under pressure and provide 24-hour standby/on-call support when required.

- Compliance: Strictly follow the safety procedures and guidelines as assigned by management.
