職務概要

この職務では、新しいテクノロジーについて、それを企業の課題解決に適用する方法について常に学習する必要があり、テクノロジーに情熱を傾け、エキスパートになることが求められます。Red Hat セールスチームは、熱意のある革新的なセールススペシャリストを募集しています。勤務地は東京です。日本全国の企業顧客およびパートナーによる Red Hat Open Hybrid Cloud ソリューションの導入をサポートしていただきます。今後数年間で高い成長目標を達成するため、地域のアカウントチームと密接に連携して取り組む必要があります。セールススペシャリストは、Red Hat セールスチームの重要なメンバーとして社内外の関係者とやり取りするため、優れたセールス、コミュニケーション、対人スキルが必要です。また、エバンジェリストとして、イベントや技術フォーラムで、最高情報責任者 (CIO) からユーザーグループまで、あらゆる人々を対象に Red Hat のテクノロジーについて講演することが求められる場合があります。

主な職務内容

• 指定されたアカウントまたは地域で機会を創出し、Red Hat Open Hybrid Cloud ポートフォリオを販売する

• ハイブリッドクラウドソリューションポートフォリオの販売およびマーケティング戦略に貢献する

• 競争の激しい市場において、見込み顧客に Red Hat の価値提案を促進する

• 定量的および定性的なパフォーマンスの期待に応える

• 経営幹部に対して、重要なメッセージを高い水準で明確に表現し、プレゼンテーションする

• 幅広いセールスチームと連携して、主要なクラウドおよびインフラストラクチャーの機会を推進する

• 顧客の主要な意思決定者およびエキスパートとの信頼関係を構築する

• フォーラムやコミュニティーイベントに参加し、Red Hat's Open Hybrid Cloud ポートフォリオの認知度を高める

• Red Hat のグローバルビジネスチームリーダーと交流する

必須スキル

• ソリューションセールス職での経験 (5 年以上)

• エンタープライズミドルウェアおよびソフトウェア開発における豊富なテクニカルセールス経験

• エンジニアリング、商業、経営の各レベルで顧客関係の構築を可能にする優れたコミュニケーション能力と技術力

• 顧客のビジネス目標と課題を理解する意欲と、これらのビジネス目標に対応するストーリーを作成する能力

• オープンソーステクノロジーへの情熱

• 複数の製品やサービスを提供する企業でのソリューションセールスとしてのマインドセット

• 顧客に代わって成功を収めるために、グローバルかつ部門横断的なチームとシームレスに連携してきた実績

• バランスのとれた戦略的、戦術的、技術的、創造的な思考スキル

• コンテナー対応ストレージ

• テスト、ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル (SDLC)、アジャイルイノベーション、迅速なイタレーション

• API とサードパーティーとのインテグレーション

• インテグレーションと API 管理 

• オンプレミスまたはオフプレミスのハイブリッドインテグレーション  

• ビジネスルール管理 (BRM) とビジネスプロセス管理 (BPM)

• アプリケーション開発とランタイム

• DevOps とアジャイル開発

• クラウドネイティブな開発
