Overview
As Head of Policy and Regulatory Affairs for the US, you'll lead Elliptic's public policy and regulatory engagement strategy across the United States, the most consequential jurisdiction shaping the future of digital assets. Based in Washington D.C. or New York, you'll guide the approach to engaging with federal and state regulators, Congressional offices, and international standard setters. You'll help shape regulatory outcomes across emerging crypto policy frameworks, strengthen Elliptic's regulatory voice through advocacy and thought leadership, and advise internal teams with regulatory insights. This commercially oriented role requires extensive experience in financial services regulation, strong communication skills, and deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets. You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients and directly drive business development and revenue growth.
