Overview
As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you'll play a key role in producing financial analyses and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. You'll lead the development, consolidation, and tracking of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Responsibilities include designing detailed financial models for planning and long-term projections, analyzing budget variances, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in merchandising, operations, supply chain, and e-commerce. You'll prepare management reports and identify process improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of progressive FP&A experience in retail or consumer goods, advanced Excel modeling skills, and experience with Prophix and PeopleSoft.
