Location: Bangkok, ThailandHybrid Work, 1 to 2 office days per weekFull TimeThai Nationals Only About Hy DigitalHy Digital is a digital growth agency based in Bangkok.We help companies grow through digital marketing, advertising, CRM systems, automation, and AI-driven workflows.Our clients range from hotels and hospitality brands to e-commerce, entertainment, real estate, and B2B companies.We are building an AI-first agency where technology helps our team work faster, produce better work, and remove repetitive manual tasks.We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to manage the day-to-day marketing activities for a portfolio of clients.This role is focused on execution.You will manage client marketing, run campaigns, create content, monitor performance, and make sure marketing activities continue moving every day. What Makes This Role Different• You manage real client accounts and real marketing budgets• You work across content, advertising, campaign management, and reporting• You work directly with clients and manage communication yourself• You will use our internal AI systems built to speed up campaign management, reporting, content creation, and workflow execution• We provide all AI tools and internal training required to do the job well• You spend less time on repetitive manual work and more time executing quality marketingWe believe AI should make marketers better and faster.Our team uses AI every day as part of normal work. What You Will Do• Manage day-to-day marketing activities for assigned clients• Create and schedule social media content across multiple platforms• Coordinate ad creative requirements and campaign assets• Set up and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns• Write ad copy and campaign messaging• Monitor campaign performance and make improvements regularly• Prepare monthly client reports and performance updates• Communicate directly with clients regarding campaigns and progress• Coordinate internally to make sure tasks are completed on time• Use internal AI systems to improve speed, reporting, research, and execution• Manage multiple client accounts and keep projects moving consistently Who This Role Is For• You have 1 to 3 years experience in digital marketing, agency work, or online advertising• You understand Meta Ads and Google Ads fundamentals• You have experience managing social media pages for brands or businesses• You are comfortable communicating directly with clients• You can manage multiple projects at the same time• You stay organized and follow deadlines closely• You work independently and solve problems yourself• You are interested in learning AI tools and modern marketing systems• Experience with Canva, content creation, or ad creatives is a plusYou do not need to know every advanced marketing skill already.You do need to be willing to learn quickly. Work Setup• Hybrid setup with mostly remote work• Flexible working style• Work with local and international clients• Small team with direct communication and fast executionWhat You Get• Base salary (20,000 THB to 35,000 THB depending on experience)• Monthly performance bonus based on company growth• Premium AI tools fully paid by the company• Internal AI systems built specifically for marketing execution and reporting• Full training on how to use our AI workflows and tools• MacBook provided• iPhone and company phone number• Opportunity to work on international brands and campaigns• Fast career growth within a growing AI-first agencyImportantWe are a boutique agency.You will manage real client work from day one.There are no large teams or layers of management.We move fast and expect people to take ownership.If you like learning new tools, working independently, and using technology to improve how work gets done, you will do well here.How To ApplyPlease send us:• Your CV in English• A short introduction about yourself• Tell us which marketing channels you have worked on before• Share examples of campaigns, content, or brands you have worked with
