Technical Sales Executive – Retail Sales

We are looking for a dynamic Technical Sales Executive to drive retail sales growth across assigned territories in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on dealer management, distributor development, contractor engagement, and expanding market presence within waterproofing, marble, and flooring product segments.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing retail dealers and distributors
Appoint new distributors and retail outlets across assigned territories
Drive product visibility through effective marketing and merchandising activities
Conduct meetings with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration
Conduct product training sessions for dealers and retail teams
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Support day-to-day sales activities and ensure territory growth

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in retail sales within building materials or construction industry
Strong business development and distributor management experience
Good understanding of waterproofing, flooring, marble, or related product lines
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Valid driving license is mandatory
Arabic language skills will be an advantage
Must be open for extensive travel (up to 90%)
