- Du definierst und verantwortest die Marketingstrategie mit Fokus auf Standards, digitale Exzellenz und Capability Building
- Du etablierst Marketing als starke interne Abteilung, die Wachstum, Sales und unsere digitale Transformation aktiv unterstützt
- Du stärkst die Marke Ayvens nachhaltig und positionierst sie als relevante, vertrauenswürdige Größe im B2B Umfeld
- Du treibst digitale Nachfrage, insbesondere für SME , Flex und Corporate Lösungen voran
- Du entwickelst dein Team gezielt weiter und baust Fähigkeiten aus
- Du steuerst Budgets effizient, datenbasiert und mit klarem Performance Fokus
- Du verantwortest digitale Kampagnen, Funnels, Performance Marketing und Marketing Automation
- Du optimierst Websites, Customer Journeys sowie Self Service und Kommunikationsprozesse für Kunden und Fahrer*innen
Das bringt dich in die Poleposition.
- Du verfügst über mindestens 8 Jahre Marketing Erfahrung sowie fundierte Führungserfahrung
- Deine Stärke liegt in Performance Marketing, Demand Generation und digitaler Skalierung
- Du bringst Erfahrung in Marketing Automation, Analytics und datengetriebener Optimierung mit
- Du kennst das internationale Konzernumfeld und bist es gewohnt darin zu arbeiten
- Du führst inspirierend, denkst strategisch und arbeitest gleichzeitig hands on.
- Du bist strukturiert, analytisch stark und überzeugend in der Kommunikation
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von € 4.500,- brutto pro Monat, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
