We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Managing Director (MD) of Growth - Company Retirement Plans (for our OpenPlan/Retirement Plan Advisory team), who will lead the next phase of expansion for our Retirement Plan Advisory (RPA) business. This individual will be a player coach, responsible for driving net new client acquisition, deepening strategic partnerships, and building scalable growth teams / engines that position the firm as a market leader in retirement plan advisory services. This is a leadership role for a growth-minded person who thrives at the intersection of strategy, business development, and execution. The MD will partner closely with Managing Director of Practice Management, the General Manager and other leadership to drive revenue, optimize operations, and position OpenPlan as a category‑leading offering.
