Your Opportunity
Our Calgary office is looking for a Team Lead, Administration to report directly into the Local Office Manager (LOM). This position will own the following responsibilities:
- Leadership of Administrative Professionals, to include bi-weekly check ins
- Oversee team by being the contact person to resolve process issues, address concerns and manage workload overflow for all Administrative Professionals on your team
- Be the subject matter expert for your service line and work with the team to continuously improve processes
- Coach, mentor and manage performance of team members for continuous development
- Coordinate staff schedules and personal time off to ensure proper coverage
- Onboard new Administrative Professional team members or assignment of trainer
- Interview potential new Administrative Professionals with LOM but on occasion on their own if within Administrative Professional level
- Leverage tools and technology
- Support office operations, including coordination of accounts payable, accounts receivable, facilities requests, vendor relationships, and day-to-day office processes
- Lead or contribute to special projects
- Communicate and collaborate with Local Office Manager on a regular basis

Your experience and skills
- Strong leadership skills
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Experience supporting office operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, facilities coordination, and related administrative processes
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to foster a positive, inclusive work environment, with ability to effectively communicate and collaborate at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Dedicated to providing exceptional client service, providing high quality work with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to adapt and lead in a constantly changing business environment
- Process improvement mindset that is continuously striving to innovate our ways of working and improve the end-user experience
- Ability to work in an agile environment
