What you'll be doing:
Drive recruiting activities through to successful hire with a strong focus on direct candidate identification, creative sourcing of talent, and effective business partnering.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to build impactful advertising, drive social media engagement, identify high-quality and diverse talent, and proactively solicit referrals.
Apply recruitment marketing and branding materials effectively to engage both internal and external talent, offering input into future attraction strategies.
Deliver valuable market intelligence and recruiting insights to Hiring Managers and HR, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
Deliver an engaging candidate experience by understanding factors that influence talent, knowing their motivators, and successfully managing a variety of situations.
Handle requisitions throughout the entire process for your assigned business areas/functions, making sure system updates are current.
Identify, manage, and bring up risk or compliance issues as required.
Collaborate with your business areas/functions to identify essential and recurring roles, advancing the talent pipelining strategy.
Attend marketing or industry events and engage in community networking as needed.
Monitor and analyze recruitment activity and trends to facilitate meaningful conversations around volumes, performance, and forecasting.
Lead continuous improvement projects to elevate our recruitment processes.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Previous experience in 360 recruiting within a global organization, preferably within healthcare, medical technology or pharmaceutical sector
History of leading concurrent hiring, resources, priorities and business partners.
Build strong and consultative relationships and provide advice and coaching on standard methodologies
Shown success using and optimizing recruiting technologies (ATS and CRMs), direct sourcing tools and techniques
Accountable for effective use of recruitment marketing and branding materials to engage with internal and external talent
Proactively use market intelligence and recruiting insights
Knowledge of HR management components including performance management, development, compensation, culture and engagement, organizational design, and inclusion & diversity.
Advance level of English and Spanish is prefered.
