Overview
Quest Software is looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to join our Global IT team and help drive the evolution of our Salesforce ecosystem.
In this role, you'll work on business-critical applications that support our global Go-To-Market organization, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and IT teams. You'll design and build scalable Salesforce solutions, develop integrations with enterprise platforms, and help shape the future of our commercial technology landscape.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative platform capabilities.
- Solve complex business challenges through a combination of configuration, custom development, and system integrations.
- Build scalable automation using Salesforce Flows and other platform tools.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms using APIs and middleware technologies such as Boomi.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
- Support Salesforce applications connected through managed packages and third-party GTM platforms.
- Follow development best practices, including code reviews, documentation, testing, and release management.
- Contribute to CI/CD processes using tools such as Copado and Azure DevOps.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while providing excellent support to internal users.
- Stay current with emerging Salesforce technologies, AI capabilities, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years building and customizing solutions on the Salesforce Lightning Platform.
- Strong experience with:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Lightning Experience
- Salesforce Flows
- Visualforce
- SOQL and Salesforce data management
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications through APIs and web services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

In compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, the compensation for this role will start from €70,600 annually. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and performance. If eligible, commission or bonus is governed by a formal corporate plan. Benefit offering is based on a country-by-country basis
