POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Sales to lead our sales organization and drive business growth. In this executive leadership role, you will develop and execute sales strategies, build and mentor high-performing teams, and strengthen client relationships to achieve revenue goals.

As the VP of Sales, you will play a key role in expanding market share, identifying new business opportunities, and driving long-term success. You will work closely with executive leadership to shape the company's sales vision, deliver sustainable growth, and position the organization as an industry leader.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership - Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand the BPO client portfolio.
  • Business Development - Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across target industries, with a focus on enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain executive-level relationships with prospective and existing clients to support long-term partnerships and account growth.
  • Sales Team Leadership - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives and driving accountability for results.
  • Revenue Growth - Achieve and exceed revenue, pipeline, and profitability targets through strategic sales initiatives and effective account management.
  • Solution Development - Collaborate with operations, solutions, finance, and implementation teams to develop customized outsourcing solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Sales Performance - Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, forecasting, and KPIs to ensure consistent achievement of business objectives.
  • Market Intelligence - Stay informed on BPO industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with operations, marketing, finance, and executive leadership to ensure successful client acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing service delivery.
  • Executive Representation - Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.

 

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience, including at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
  • Proven experience selling Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or customer experience solutions.
  • Demonstrated success acquiring and growing enterprise client relationships.
  • Experience leading high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of contact center operations, customer experience, and outsourcing services.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close complex, high-value contracts.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and sales forecasting tools.
  • Strong strategic planning, business development, and financial acumen.
  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
