The Manager, Global HR Reporting will provide support to the HR leadership team and business leaders in developing and implementing HR analytics strategies to drive continuous improvement, talent acquisition, retention, and development efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. This person will collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to gather requirements, identify key metrics, and determine data sources necessary for comprehensive analysis and reporting. This role requires a strategic mindset, advanced analytical skills, and strong leadership abilities to support the manager and HR leadership team in driving data-driven decision-making and delivering impactful insights to support HR and organizational objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and lead execution of Sysco’s HR strategy roadmap for reporting and analytics in partnership with HR Leaders and IT functional leaders.
Partner as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders such as Total Rewards, Talent Management, Labor Relations, Payroll, Legal, Supply Chain, Finance, etc. to assess business requirements, optimize the use of tools, drive HR reporting standardization while balancing the business need for flexibility
Partner with functional HR leaders to understand business challenges and predict business needs and develop workforce insights, providing a one stop shop for HR reporting and analytics. Independently gather information and analyze, interpret, and summarize data to deliver business insights
Oversee the intake process for HR data requests, ensuring efficient and effective handling of data requests from stakeholders. Streamline processes for data collection, cleaning, and analysis to improve efficiency and timeliness of insights delivery.
Oversee the collection, cleaning, and analysis of HR data from Workday
Lead statistical analysis and data modeling efforts to identify trends, correlations, and insights related to workforce demographics, employee engagement, performance, and retention, driving informed decision-making.
Oversee the preparation of reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present insights to HR leadership and key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to optimize HR processes, policies, and programs, driving continuous improvement and enhancing organizational effectiveness
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and data science, leveraging knowledge to contribute ideas for continuous improvement and innovation
Lead special projects and initiatives related to HR analytics, data and process improvement, such as predictive modeling, workforce planning, and diversity and inclusion analytics, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with organizational objectives
Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations in all HR analytics activities, maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information
ABILITIES AND SKILLS:
Ability to manage a global team of HR reporting analysts while managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lead through others and develop strong leaders
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Strong problem-solving and project management skills to deliver strategic objectives
Strong interest in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related field.
Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Access, or Python
Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with HR systems and databases, such as Workday and Tableau
Knowledge of employee engagement platforms and SharePoint
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Enthusiasm for learning and cultivating new skills in HR analytics and data science
Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance requirements is advantageous
Experience in Change Management
Exposure to Predictive data analytics
Expertise in data visualization and data storytelling, enhancing the ability to communicate insights effectively.
Knowledge of Power BI and other AI analytics tools, facilitating advanced analysis and visualization capabilities, nice to have
REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
7+ years of experience in a Reporting & Analytics leadership position
2+ years of Workday reporting experience
Experience building and delivering complex communication plans across diverse stakeholder groups.
Experience managing global initiatives and ability to navigate through ambiguity/re-prioritize as requirements and direction change
Experience building and managing case tool reports/SLAs to manage the effectiveness and efficiency of the team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools
Proven track record of managing cross-functional partnerships
Exceptional people skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both a technical audience and business users
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in related discipline or an additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
