Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Full-Time (AM Shift)

Available Shift
- AM Shift: Full-Time (Morning hours)
Core Responsibilities
- Direct Care: Administer medications, treatments, and wound care.
- Monitoring: Observe resident conditions and report vital changes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records.
- Supervision: Guide and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Communication: Collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and families.
Qualifications
- License: Active, unrestricted California LVN license.
- Certification: Current BLS / CPR certification.
- Experience: Post-acute, rehab, or long-term care experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time management.
